Home Technology in Leander
Leander builds houses faster than almost anywhere in Texas. The best of them get their wiring planned while the frame is still open, and that is exactly the work we love.
Pre-wire, planned
Every run mapped on the floor plan and qualified with a printed test report.
Retrofit welcome
Existing Leander homes get the same standard through finished walls.

The One-Chance Stage
The walls close exactly once
A new build gives you one cheap chance at perfect infrastructure: the week the frame is open. Conduit to the media wall, home runs to a rack that has an actual home, wiring for access points positioned on the floor plan instead of wherever the modem landed. We inspect the wiring repeatedly at milestones as the build closes in, then qualify every run with a Fluke test report at trim-out, and the house carries that certainty for decades. If your builder has never mentioned any of this, that is the conversation to have this week.
Already Moved In?
Finished walls are our second specialty
Most of Leander was built before anyone planned for forty connected devices per household. We retrofit wired backbones, replace builder-grade panels, and bring whole-home Wi-Fi to houses that fight it, planning every run so wall openings stay few, small, and easy for your painter or drywall pro to close. The same crew, the same test reports, the same standard as our new-construction work.
Beyond the Wire
What the wiring makes possible
Once the backbone is in, a Leander house can grow into anything: a media room that rivals the cinema, whole-home audio, lighting scenes, shades, and a control system that gathers every piece under one roof. Control4 is our flagship, and we embrace standalone platforms like Sonos, Home Assistant, and Apple Home just as readily; the same wiring feeds them all. DIY home technology enthusiasts are welcome here too: we build the backbone and infrastructure, and you realize the vision. Start with the foundation and add the rest at your own pace; the wire will be ready when you are.

For Contractors & Builders
Bring us in at the drawing stage
The ideal moment to engage us is the design phase, well before framing. Our work can shape the project itself: a dedicated equipment closet in a central location, drawn into the plans with its own dedicated electrical, beats any after-the-fact workaround. Framing is the second-best window, while conduit paths, rack space, lighting loads, and wiring runs are still open decisions. We work every phase, and the projects that start on the drawings finish cleaner, faster, and with fewer callbacks for everyone.

Frequently Asked
When should we call you during a Leander new build?
As soon as you have a floor plan, and no later than the framing stage. Wiring paths, rack space, and lighting loads are decided while the walls are open; planning them then costs a fraction of reopening finished drywall. We coordinate directly with your builder so the low-voltage work never holds up their schedule.
Our builder offers a basic wiring package. Is that enough?
Sometimes, and we will tell you honestly when it is. The gaps we see most are runs that are never tested, access-point locations chosen without a coverage plan, and no conduit for the things you will want in five years. We review builder packages and flag only what actually matters.
Can you service a system another company installed in Leander?
Yes. We take over existing networks, audio and video systems, and Control4 installations every week, and we start by telling you what is worth keeping.
Do you only handle large projects?
No job is too big or too small. A single access point that finally covers the back bedroom is a good day's work, and it gets the same crew as a whole-property build.
